Digital delivery

Semra's Universe sells digital products. No physical item is shipped.

Download instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout after your order is processed. Check your spam or promotions folder if the message is missing.

File formats, included languages and software requirements are described on each product page. ZIP packages must be extracted before use. Any required third-party app or subscription is separate unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

Download help

If you cannot find or open your files, email hello@semrasuniverse.com with your order number, product name, device, app and any error message. We will investigate the issue. Do not send passwords or payment details.
